Laugh with Those Who Laugh

Laugh with those who laugh. Mourn with those who mourn.

How do we do this when we are not happy? How do we do this when we are not sad?

It isn't about mirroring the feelings of those around us. It isn't about feeling their joy or suffering their pain.

It's about remembering our own need for laughter, our own need for tears.

Guffaws the Macaws

A multicolored kerchief
Is pulled from a beanie –
Who did it to Houdini?
A mastery of mischief!
