There Is That Which Is Within

There is that which is within,
and there is that which is without,
and there is that which simply is.
We are each a great circle.
When we travel out of ourselves
along that arc, we discover
a universe that just keeps unrolling.
When we journey along that arc
into ourselves, we discover
the same universe within.
When we discover the universe,
whether within or without,
we realize how much more
there must be.
