Thought so! It looked like it was from the parking garage at the Aristocrat Motel on Albert Pike Ave, I believe.
(Note: My wife was born in Hot Springs and I lived there for several years during and after college. I spent quite a bit of time trekking all over Hot Springs & North Mountains.)
I grew up in Christian fundamentalism, went to hell, came back, became a Presbyterian then a Buddhist Presbyterian, and now I'm a profane Presbyterian Zen Taoist -- not that I'm into labels or anything. Here's what I've learned so far: The more you know, the more you know you don't know.
