Life After Calamity


Calamity can strip us to the bone,
but even a bare tree will leaf again
after winter has finished its work.

  2. Simple and beautiful.

    I realize that divine action (perceived humanly) is often incomprehensible. A barren tree of winter, finally bringing forth life in Spring is not.
