Judgment Enough


Does salvation always look
like salvation in the beginning?

Does disaster always appear
as disaster when it first arrives?

Judging the future begins
in judging this present moment.

Discerning the current of Tao
should be judgment enough.

    The incapacity
    Of abstractions ever to fill up…………..

    What one moment was thought
    The next moment is reversed
    And then at times
    Triangulated

    By another dimension
    Parallel to this one, the free-
    Association zone

    But mostly
    The bathing of anxiety
    In spices and balms

    And “Do you take me seriously?”
