Ringing a Bell


When you ring a bell,
have something worthy to say.

Otherwise, don't ring the bell.

    'Worthy' is one of those subjective qualifiers.
    Who can say what is worthy, and what is not?
    What use is a bell, un-rung?
    What is an echo, before echoing?
