Cold


Cold weather chills the body.
Cold thoughts chill the mind.
Cold relations chill the heart.
Cold religions chill the soul.

    "Cold religions chill the soul." That really hits home right now. I find myself chilled and dismayed by the frigidity of old friends, and embarrassed that I was once like that in the name of my faith.

    Beautiful poems, BTW.
