Learning Patience

Patience is what we learn
when we live in the future
instead of the present.

This moment
is a cup overflowing.

What patience
is needed for that?

  1. Dragon Metal

    Bruisers rage
    Lightning flares
    From this cage
    Of puppet stares

    Incisors sharp
    As switchblades ice
    Narcs that harp
    On midnight vice

    Tattoo spears
    Inside my veins
    Ravage weirs
    That spikes inflame

    An armored tail
    Can burrow south
    And whiplash mail
    From puppet mouth
